Thanks to everyone who tested this one out; we decided that the results were sufficient for this to be deployed and so this is the algorithm you’ll be interacting with if searching on Mojeek right now.

We will be working on this further, and therefore welcome more feedback on the live algorithm as we always do (DM, contact page etc.)

If you’re keen to try the old algorithm then the parameters are m=85&ssoe=0, this is also still live on the /eval page.

The old algorithm will likely still be functional/reachable using those parameters for a few months at least.

One of my pet queries where Mojeek fared less well was ‘war of the worlds’. The algo update has improved it a huge bunch.

Previously the actual world wars would appear more prominently.
