I just saw the following Tweet about the Mojeek Android app and I thought I’d give some feedback:
I’m a bit of a news junkie and like to scan the headlines for a broad overview like you get on MSN News, Yahoo News or Google News. But I have not installed any of these on my phone because those apps are poor on privacy. I do use MSN news on my phone browser.
Then I realized that the Mojeek app has news headlines and no tracking! It’s kind of a sleeper feature and I hope you expand the sources, but including those news headlines is very much appreciated by me. Great job including news within the app.
We’re very happy to hear the Brad, and News is an area that we are currently looking to expand upon, especially from the point of view of sourcing; when we get there I’d definitely be interested in anything you’ve got to say about its forward direction.
In fact that’s why I came here - to suggest that sourcing news might serve as a means of attracting extra custom among those looking for reliable sources - such as on Quora.
Apologies for Google result - I tried the site: delimiter, both manually and via advanced search on the web but got nothing. Might be my privacy extensions EFF badger, decentraleyes, ublock origin.
Hey @jasonbrown1965, no worries on the G**gle result just to check on your suggestion, do you mean adding Quora as a source in News? Or that this list on Quora (my top result for that search) is a useful one to farm from in order to answer the question what else should we include?
