According to the e.foundation (eOS) “App Lounge” rating, the Mastodon Android App is rated 10/10 for privacy (the best rating). So if you are moving to Masto at least the official app respects your privacy. FYI.
That is a big improvement over the Twitter app.
Very helpful to know this one, I’m headed for eOS after Xmas after both yourself and a good friend have been using for a while. I have heard things about other clients (currently using Tooot on iOS) but this mainly seems to be because the Apple app isn’t really up to scratch.
