Another cost-cutting measure. Thankfully IA makes it so that this kind of functionality isn’t gone for good, and their offering is a lot more feature-rich in my experience.

If you just want to preview a website, Startpage has Anonymous View and Swisscows has Preview.
For example, today, openSUSE’s CDN was broken. And the Swisscows preview at least let me see a list of mirrors.
