currently search terms in the results are bolded, but i’ve found that they don’t stand out as well as if they are colored, particularly if the background is colored - for example

Ah yes, Gigablast (which seems to have disappeared at this point, hoping that one isn’t permanent) did a sort of alternated shading highlight also which is/was an interesting approach to this. I’ll add it to the list for looking at 
Sorry to hijack this thread, but looks like https://private.sh (a PIA service which was using Gigablast results) is gone too!
How strange that they both disappeared without any announcement…
On-topic: highlighted search terms definitely stand out more, but I think the way etools does it is a bit much. Gigablast’s subtler shading was nicer.
