Algorythmic Darkening flashes white on Privacy Browser

When loading Mojeek on Privacy Browser Android with night mode enabled the screen momentarily flashes white. This only happens when JavaScript is disabled (the default for Privacy Browser). My guess is this has something to do with how Mojeek’s coding is interacting with Android WebView’s algorithmic darkening.
