Using Focus settings over devices

Not being able to use my Focus settings over devices is a pain. I’m not going to export/import every time a make a change.

Best solution would be that Mojeek would add user accounts in which those settings are stored and synced, but I can imagine that’s not easy to do.

What I would suggest is to allow setting a URL, instead of entering the Json, that points to a Json file that contains my Focus settings. I could then host that Json on my own server/hosting and thus create my own “sync” solution.

This makes sense.

For completeness, Focus settings exist as a cookie. And, other browser sync accounts should have the same effect as hosting the settings. E.g., Mozilla, Vivaldi, Google sync.

If you’re using the same browser on all platforms, which isn’t so in my personal case.
